I have purchased a ticket, how do I watch the LIVE Stream Masterclass?
The LIVE Stream Masterclass will be held within a private Facebook group that has been specifically set up for this event. Once you have purchased a ticket through our website, you will receive an order confirmation email which contains a link to the group. Please click on and request to join the Facebook group as early as possible. Once your Facebook Group invite has been accepted, you will have full access to the content in the group. This is where the LIVE stream will take place on Friday 28th March 2025 at 7.30pm (GMT).
Please keep your order confirmation email in a safe place as this is your ticket for the Masterclass.
Is the LIVE Stream Masterclass for beginners?
Our LIVE Stream Masterclass is aimed at beginners, but all skill levels are welcome! Sarah will be covering a range of different techniques, tips and tricks that will be very useful for all abilities.
I have purchased a ticket for the LIVE Stream event, but I have not received an order confirmation email?
If you have not received an order confirmation email within 2 hours of your purchase, please drop us an email to hello@bonniebraids.co.uk. Before emailing us, please check your spam/junk folder for your email as sometimes our emails can end up in there!
Do I need to have a Facebook account to join the Facebook Group / watch the LIVE Stream?
Yes, you will need to have a Facebook account to join the Facebook Group and watch the LIVE Stream. If you don’t have one, you can create one for free prior to purchasing your ticket through our website.
I have asked to join the Facebook group, how long will it take to be approved?
Facebook Group requests are approved daily and we kindly ask that you request to join as soon as possible. You will be asked to provide your order number when requesting to join the group. You can find this number on your order confirmation email. If you do not answer this question, it will take longer for your request to be approved.
Please note, each ticket purchased permits only 1 Facebook user to attend the LIVE Stream. We will only approve access to the group for individuals who have purchased the ticket.
Can I download the LIVE Stream video if I have purchased a ticket?
No, by purchasing a ticket to the LIVE Stream Masterclass, you are paying to attend the tutorial. You will be able to access the LIVE Stream video through the Facebook group for a period of time after the event has ended. All content provided by Sarah Eaton is for your personal use only. All content / videos / Live Streams are the intellectual property of Sarah Eaton. You do not have permission to download, screen shot, forward links, share videos or use for commercial purposes.
Does the LIVE Stream Masterclass include a tutorial on colour Braids?
No, this tutorial is for Dutch Braids in natural hair only. Sign up to our mailing list here to be notified of all future masterclasses which will be coming soon!
I purchased a ticket for the LIVE Stream Masterclass, but now can’t attend. Can I get a refund?
No, all tickets purchased are non-refundable. Even if you can’t make it to watch the event live, you will still be able to watch the LIVE stream back for a period of time. Make sure you request to join the Facebook group so you can get access to all the Masterclass content!
